Hesabını ve verilerini nasıl sildirirsin?

IslaCity: Island City Builder oyununu geliştiren Osman Uyar'a ("biz") aşağıdaki adımlarla hesap ve veri silme talebi iletebilirsin.

En hızlı yol: oyunun içinden (anında)

Oyunda Ayarlar → Hesap → "Hesabımı ve bulut verimi sil" düğmesine iki kez dokun. Hesabın ve buluttaki şehir kaydın hemen silinir. Facebook ile giriş yaptıysan ayrıca Facebook ayarlarından Uygulamalar ve Web Siteleri bölümünden IslaCity'yi kaldırabilirsin.

E-posta ile

islacity.destek@gmail.com adresine e-posta gönder. Konu: "IslaCity hesap silme talebi".
E-postada oyuna giriş yaptığın hizmeti (Google Play Games, Facebook veya Apple) ve oyundaki görünen adını yaz. Oyunun Profil ekranındaki oyuncu kimliğini de eklersen hesabı daha hızlı buluruz.
Talebin gerçekten sana ait olduğunu doğrulamak için gerekirse seni aynı giriş hesabıyla ilişkili bilgiyle doğrulatırız.
Talebini en geç 30 gün içinde işleyip sana e-postayla bildiririz.

Silinen veriler

Hesap kimliği ve giriş hizmetinden gelen görünen ad, e-posta adresi (paylaşıldıysa).
Firebase sunucularında tutulan bulut oyun kaydın (şehir ilerlemen) ve arkadaş/sosyal verilerin.

Silinmeyen / kısa süre tutulan veriler

Çökme raporları, kimliğini belirlemeyen şekilde Firebase Crashlytics tarafından en fazla 90 gün tutulur ve sonra otomatik silinir.
Reklam verileri Google AdMob tarafından kendi politikasına göre işlenir; reklam kimliğini cihaz ayarlarından sıfırlayabilir veya silebilirsin.
Yasal bir zorunluluk varsa gerekli en az veri, zorunlu süre boyunca saklanabilir.

Hesap açmadan oynayanlar

Giriş yapmadan oynadıysan ilerlemen yalnızca cihazındadır ve bize gönderilmez; oyunu cihazdan silmen yeterlidir. Oyunu silince bu veriler de silinir.

Hesabı silmeden kısmi silme

Hesabını silmeden yalnızca bulut kaydının veya bazı verilerin silinmesini istersen aynı adrese yaz; hangi verilerin silinmesini istediğini belirt.

How to delete your account and data

You can request deletion of your account and data for IslaCity: Island City Builder, developed by Osman Uyar ("we"), as follows.

Fastest way: inside the game (instant)

In the game, tap Settings → Account → "Delete my account and cloud data" twice. Your account and your cloud city save are deleted immediately. If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove IslaCity under Apps and Websites in your Facebook settings.

By email

Email islacity.destek@gmail.com with the subject "IslaCity account deletion request".
Tell us which sign-in service you used (Google Play Games, Facebook or Apple) and your in-game display name. Including the player ID shown on the in-game Profile screen helps us find the account faster.
If needed, we may ask you to confirm the request relates to the same sign-in account.
We will process the request within 30 days at the latest and confirm by email.

Data that is deleted

Your account ID and the display name and email address (if shared) received from the sign-in service.
Your cloud save (city progress) and social/friends data stored on Firebase servers.

Data that is not deleted or kept briefly

Crash reports are kept by Firebase Crashlytics for at most 90 days in a non-identifying form, then deleted automatically.
Advertising data is processed by Google AdMob under its own policy; you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
If required by law, the minimum necessary data may be retained for the required period.

If you play without signing in

Your progress stays only on your device and is not sent to us; uninstalling the Game deletes it.

Partial deletion without deleting the account

To request deletion of only your cloud save or some of your data, write to the same address and say which data to delete.
